Bibendum ASI Foundation / Bibendum sýning Listasafn ASI

Skulpture / Sculpture 2023, Gerðarsafn – Kópavogur Art Museum. Eygló works with the connection between sculpture and painting, and the interaction of two and three-dimensional works, defined by their un-alikeness to each other. Eygló’s two works in the exhibition are connected, the cuts out planes from painted sheets of paper and uses as the bases for three-dimensional paintings. What is removed from one place becomes the foundation of another work.
